So we keep hearing more and more about this brand new crossover Buick's been working on. Unfortunately, there's been very little PR about the new model.
Until now that is...
During my weekly sleuthing around on the Internet for any recent GM-related news today, our Internet team happened to stumble upon some new spy shots of Buick's highly talked about new crossover - the Buick Encore.
Although known as a luxury brand, Buick has made it a point to start developing a reputation as an "approachable luxury brand." Such an approach was demonstrated this past year with the release of the Verano.
The Encore - which has been commonly referred to as the "baby Enclave" - will be unveiled at the annual Detroit auto show. The 2013 Buick Encore is set to seat five passengers which is less than three-row Enclave.
The teaser shot above was released last week and a few more are expected to pop-up in the days leading to the show.
Other than this photo, there has been very little revealed about the new Buick model aside from the fact the company has used a light-hybrid technology - eAssist - on both the LaCrosse and the Regal.
