I came to your dealership today to have my car washed and was told that your car wash was out of order. On my way out TJ Johnston was sitting outside his
office and asked me if I was helped. I explained what I came for and he offered
that he would clean the car by hand. He did an excellent job cleaning the car. I
really appreciated that he went out of his way to do this when he could have
just let me go. I was on my way out already. Excellent customer service!- Steve
