I have to say I have been shopping for a truck for about a month a half. I have had the unfortunate task of dealing with numerous dealerships and shady salesmen to say the least.
My local dealer provided the typical stereotype atmosphere. Fortunately, after searching the Internet, I located a truck that was at your dealership which led me to you.
Out of all the places I have dealt with, your professionalism and demeanor surpassed all. It was and it with great pleasure to deal with you and your professional style. After my initial contact to your dealership, I was hesitant due to the logistics but your no pressure follow up calls persuaded me otherwise.
I have to say I never expected from living in New Jersey my first preference on a dealership in the future would be to deal with you and your dealership that is 500 miles away. I wish you worked in my local dealership. Please e-mail me if you move somewhere else.
I hope Mr. Arbogast realizes what an asset he has on his team.
