I have always had a great experience at Arborgast. Since the last time I was in the salesman had left. Steve Haines took care of me this time and would recommend him to a friend. On the second day I was in the temperature was 4 degrees out and Steve still took me outside with his pocket torch and opened the doors of the cars I was interested in just to sit inside. (im a pretty big guy so I have to make sure I fit in the car before I would even be interested) After they cleared out the snow the next day I went in and bought an 07' HHR. Yes I fit in it. Financing went great and was approved right away. When I got the car home I noticed a bad spot on the bumper. I was worried about what they would do because I didnt see it when I bought the car. (probably because of the 5in of snow on it) I took it in the next day and Steve came out and looked at it and talked with his boss and are taking care of the issue. Now that is customer service, taking care of the customer even after they have taken the car home!

Buck and the entire staff at Dave Arbogast were helpful, friendly, and very accommodating when we were shopping for a used car. All our questions were answered, all our requests were handled and everything was done in a timely, and professional manner. We would definitely recommend Dave Arbogast to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.

Everything was great with our car buying experience. "Buck" was exceptionally knowledgable about his product and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly with our purchase. Vicki in Finance was also very easy to work with. We would recommend this dealership.

I asked many questions about the truck I wanted on the on-line chat, which was always quickly answered by Richard West. I had some strange title issues that needed addressed and he found the proper people and told me what I needed to do to get the deal done. We drove in from Fort Wayne, IN to get the Terrain and Richard came from his office across the lot (in the rain, mind you) to introduce us to a salesman. Not only did we get the best deal from Arbogast, we also got great service and friendly employees all around. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Arbogast again or recommend friends and family to them. Thanks again!

we went to this dealer in search for a jeep grand cherokee and found a beautiful white 08. Our salesman was Steve Hanes. Steve was wonderful. He was very helpful in in answering our questions and showing us around. The dealership itself was very friendly as everyone said hello and had a smile on their faces. The pricing was very fair and they did their best to work with us. We will go back for further purchases.

Kevin is the most friendly and honest car dealer I have ever worked with. He was upfront about everything and backed up his word with evidence. He is a very trustworthy individual and that shows that the dealership, as a whole, has good folks that work for them. He addressed not only myself but my boyfriend and father while we were there. That shows that he is interested in all parties involved and not just one. Kevin is an excellent dealer to work with and I would definitely do business with him again.

I just recently bought my first car and Kevin was wonderful! He was very helpful and had my car picked out and all the paper work done very quickly and effectively. Next time I buy a car I will definitely be back to Dave Arbogast! Very good service!

We were greeted promptly by TJ, he had the truck we were interested in moved up by the building for our convenience. (it was raining) There was no typical salesman pressure like we had experienced at other dealerships. TJ was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and took a great deal of time with us.
We had to wait for the financial dept. to get out of a meeting and TJ sat and chatted with us while we waited. Vicki finally got started on our transaction. She was kind and courteous also.
We have no complaints at all. Everything was gone over with us from warranty info to free car washes!
