The First Mid Engine Corvette
Making its debut in July of 2019, the 2020 Corvette C8 was the first ever mid-engine Corvette ever produced by Chevrolet. Available in a coupe with removable hard top or convertible with a fully automatic retractable roof. With many design and performance changes, the newest generation sports an aggressive all aluminum design and improved aerodynamics. You will definitely notice the more prominent side scoops and air intakes. Coil Over Springs are used in place of Leaf Springs like in previous generations. The C8 Vette is an 8th generation sports car, with the first Corvette being produced in 1953. The Corvette C8 Convertible edition was later released in October of 2019.
2023 C8 Corvette Z06
The C8 Corvette Z06 is expected to be produced in the 2023 model year. The Z06 C8 Corvette will feature a 5.5 Liter High Output V8 Engine with 670 Horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque at 6300 RPM. This is the most powerful naturally aspirated V8 production engine ever in history.
