Parts Counter Advisor

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of automotive parts, components, and terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Valid Drivers License & Background Check
  • Ability to use a computer and learn our CDK System
  • Assist mechanics, wholesale and walk in customers
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Communicate with coworkers and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Utilize the Electronic parts catalogs for vin specific part
  • Answer phone calls and provide parts quotes and other information to customers
  • Work as a team with the Service and Sales Departments

  • Compensation will be based on experience 40K-60K Yearly (Paid weekly)

Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.

Vehicle Sales

Dave Arbogast is one of Dayton’s largest automotive dealership groups and has an amazing opportunity to join our team. We are currently seeking Experienced Sales Professionals. Previous vehicle sales experience is required. We are looking for sales professionals who are energetic, passionate, highly motivated, and ready to join our winning team.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve unit sales targets for new and used cars by adhering to the sales process
  • Daily follow up using the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
  • Participate in sales training and meetings
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new vehicles.
  • Provide a “world-class” delivery presentation and after-sale follow up
  • Complete & maintain OEM certification
  • Continual training and professional development

What we are looking for:

  • Vehicle Sales Experience is required
  • Must be able to effectively use a CRM
