We purchased a used 2025 GMC Yukon. We absolutely love the car but I’m upset that it only came with one key. For the amount of money we paid for the car, a second key should have come with it. Now I have to pay $500 to get a new one made and time out of my day.

I came in to get a taillight fixed that went out. It was my first time coming here and the waiting lounge is very clean and nice. The staff are super friendly. It took about 45 mins. I was then charged a very reasonable amount. I will definitely be coming here again when I need service.

We have had 3-4 service department experiences and everyone has been bad. I am a former service advisor-I believe they have been dishonest at least 3 out of the 4 times. One guy I complained about to the service manager’s boss is now the service manager-and he was dishonest with us a few years back! It is sad-I would love to connect with the owner.
They were friendly, helpful and gave me all the information that I ask about on the car.

Additionally, he worked with me after I got home to insure that I got the My Buick App working properly (I'm no good with iPhones). Historical, I have had very little trust and respect for car dealers and salespeople. Most treat people like they are idiots. I live a long distance from Arbogast and was able to negotiate a deal over text. I had a trade in and I was really dreading the drive up to the dealership.
