It was initially believed that Buick would be offering a complete redesign of the Enclave, but sources close to the automaker tell us that those changes will be pushed back until the 2018 model year. Buick has yet to verify other rumored changes, but there are whispers that a new, more potent V6 engine capable of producing as much as 420 hp and 450 lb.-ft. of torque may be on the menu for the 2017 or 2018 trims.
The Enclave will continue to offer plenty of room for families and their gear with three comfortable rows of seating that can accommodate as many as eight adults. Optional features like power-adjustable heated and cooled front seats, power folding heated exterior mirrors, and standard features like a power liftgate and memory presets for two driver’s preferences are believed to be returning.
